Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
At NOVA Wellness, we believe medications should never be marked up. You pay our exact pharmacy cost for your HRT.
Membership includes your choice of one 10ml vial of Testosterone Cypionate (~$80 value), or equivalent value of HRT or peptide. Membership also includes your quarterly visits, monitoring and adjustments.
Non-Members pay a $100/ Month HRT management fee plus the exact medication cost. The cost is simply professional care coverage. HRT will not be prescribed without the appropriate associated labs and monitoring.

We are expanding our services to include neuromodulators including BOTOX, DAXXIFY, DYSPORT, and XEOMIN.
Botox is $10/unit for members and $12/unit for non-members.
We strive to have all neuromodulators priced the same as per Botox-equivalent unit.
