Why is there just one membership?
One plan covers the fundamentals everyone needs — quarterly labs, a monthly visit, priority scheduling — and you only pay extra for what you actually use beyond that.
Is HRT included in the $175?
No — you fill your own prescription at any pharmacy, and NOVA charges no markup or management fee. The membership covers the clinical management around it.
What if I need more than labs and visits?
IV therapy, peptides, advanced labs, and GLP-1 are all available a la carte at a 15% member discount — no separate membership tier required.
Can I cancel?
There’s a 3-month minimum, then it’s month-to-month. Your rate is locked for life for as long as you stay enrolled.
