Six scheduled in-home visits per year, with additional visits available on request. Labs drawn at your location. Injections administered by Matt at the clinic at no charge, and during your scheduled home visits.

Direct cell number. Real responses, not a portal message. Monthly provider check-in call. Same-day telehealth for acute needs. A decade of clinical experience available by text.
Precision
Every protocol is reviewed at every visit. Bioidentical hormone therapy, peptides, GLP-1, IV infusions — individualized, adjusted, and never static. All injections administered by Matt at no charge — at the clinic anytime, or at your home during scheduled visits. Labs tell the story. We read them together.

6 in-home provider visits per year Examinations, injections, IV infusions, and protocol reviews — at your location.

Mobile lab draws Blood work collected at your home. Results reviewed with you directly.

Testosterone / bioidentical HRT — at provider cost HRT medications are purchased at Matt's provider cost — the same pricing available to all NOVA members. Medication cost is not absorbed into the membership fee; Executive is the only tier where HRT is fully included.

Free injections — at the clinic, and during home visits All HRT and peptide injections are administered by Matt at no charge. Clinic injections are available anytime. In-home injections are performed during your 6 scheduled annual visits. For patients on frequent dosing schedules (bi-weekly TRT, daily peptides), self-injection training is provided at enrollment — Matt administers on visit days.
