NOVA signs on with select partner gyms. Your gym provides a private space for visit days — Matt handles everything else.

You enroll as a Sport member
$150/month, gym members only. No enrollment fee. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.

Matt visits every other week
On-site at your gym twice a month. Consultations, IV therapy, peptide administration, and body composition review — all in one visit.

Remote care between visits
Prescription management, lab review, dose adjustments, and check-ins handled remotely. You're never waiting for the next visit to get what you need.

HSA/FSA eligible. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Available exclusively to members of NOVA's partner gyms.

NOVA Sport is available to select partner gyms in Utah County. If you run a performance gym, CrossFit box, or private training facility and want to offer your members something no other gym does — let's talk.

What we need from you: A private room or office space on bi-weekly visit days. That's it. Matt handles all clinical operations, scheduling, and patient care. Your members get access to performance medicine. You get a differentiator nobody else in your market has.

Revenue share
$20/month per active Sport member referred by your gym. The more members you bring in, the more you earn.
Option B
Flat fee
$150–250 flat per visit day for use of space. No rev-share complexity — clean and simple.
Option C
Co-marketing
Free space in exchange for NOVA branding and co-marketing at your facility. Best for new gym partnerships at launch.
